1. Locate the head of your brow
Place tweezers vertically alongside the outer edge of the bottom of your nose. This marks the head of your brow (about one inch above the inner corner of the eye).
2. Locate the tail of your brow
Place the tweezers on an angle against your cheek from the bottom of your nose to the outer corner of your eye. This point should mark the end of your brow, or the tail.
3. Determine the thickness of your brow
Starting just below the fullest part of your brow, draw a line along the bottom edge, above any stray hairs, following the natural shape of your brow’s top line. Your brows should be between a quarter inch and a half inch at the thickest.
4. Shape your brow
The arch should rise just above the outer rim of your iris and land right on your brow bone.

Oval Face Shape | Eyebrow Tutorial: Finding The Right Brow Shape For Your Face
The oval face shape is known to be the well-proportioned face shape, which means it already has the balance it needs. So when it comes to the eyebrows, it’s best to stick with the classic and balanced eyebrows as well, although a slight arc won’t hurt too! So what does it take to get balanced brows? Just three important things: 1) The head of the brows must be aligned with the bridge of the nose, 2) The arch should be two-thirds of the way out, and 3) The tail shouldn’t end lower than the head; must be tapered to give the eye a lift.
